There is an issue on the
setuptoolsrepo to correct the problem, but as yet no indication that it will be fixed.setuptoolsis a dependency in pyoptsparse's environment.xml (which this script doesn't use, but is part of the recommended install process)This fix just makes sure an appropriate version is installed per the noted deprecation.
